When to steam:
Before / after your menstrual ( never during!)
After pregnancy ( approximately 6 weeks )
When ever you feel the need to detox negative energy. ( many will steam at least 2-3 times a month)
1. Boil 4 cups of water.
2. Add approximately 1/4 cup of fresh herbs.
3. Boil for 5 minutes.
4. Turn down heat, let cool for another 5 min.
5. Pour water into bowl or steam seat.
6. Making sure water is not to hot, sit down, making sure to cover yourself from waist down.
7. Relax...Breathe... you should begin to feel warmth for 15-20 minutes ( or until heat subsides).
8. Once your done, discard water.
